The FS240IC – HARN CONSTRUCTION COMFORT 3D is a multifunctional full-body harness, ideal for a wide range of professional activities such as working at height, construction, industrial maintenance, and other scenarios that demand safety and prolonged comfort. One of its main highlights is the ease of donning: it can be put on with both feet on the ground thanks to IZY buckles and spring-lock buckles, which allow it to open fully like a jacket. These buckles also provide smooth, precise, and secure adjustments, staying firmly in place during use without creating unwanted slack.

The harness features an aluminum D-ring on the back (A-point) for fall arrest, along with positioning D-rings on the belt, offering enhanced functionality for various tasks. Its wide, semi-rigid waistbelt combined with padded leg loops offers excellent body support even after long hours of work. The harness structure is made of high-strength polyester webbing (6,000 lbs), alloy steel and aluminum hardware, and a hybrid nylon/polyester padding that contributes to comfort and breathability.

One of the standout features of the FS240IC is the incorporation of the new CROC 0.4 system, which allows for multiple configurations to attach different types of tool pouches and bags, with adjustable width to fit various accessories. The system is compatible with the CROC Slider, further enhancing its versatility. Additionally, the harness includes various tool holders, strap and rope protectors to safely store lanyards when not in use.

For asset tracking and management, the FS240IC is equipped with an RFID tag, serial number (S/N), and QR code. It also includes a textile dorsal anchorage point, specially designed for use with self-retracting lifelines (SRLs).
